On Saturday, Oct. 12, Marcus Balthrope, 32, Appleton City, was arrested on two St. Clair County warrants, a class C felony warrant for driving while intoxicated-aggravated offender and a class D felony warrant for driving while revoked/suspended. The warrant was issued on Oct. 9 and stem from an incident on May 11. The Appleton City Police Department made the arrest. Bond was set at $10,000 cash or surety.
