Two people were injured in a one-vehicle accident on Sunday around 8:30pm in Henry County on Highway 13 north of County Road NW 950.Shannon D. Mead, 39 of Clinton, wearing a seat belt was traveling southbound in a 2003 Chrysler, traveled off the right side of the roadway. The vehicle then overturned.
Two passengers were injured. Marshall W. Mead, 9, Clinton, wearing a seat belt, had moderate injuries. Sabrina F. Mead, 15, Clinton, wearing a seat belt, experienced minor injuries. Both were transported by EMS to Golden Valley Hospital in Clinton.
Missouri Highway Patrol Trooper M.S. Richardson investigated the accident.
