Bates County Live received a email from a lady who lives in the area of Meadow Lane and Wix Lane here in Butler. The dog in the picture has been around her house 3 days. The dog does have a collar on but won't let anyone get close enough to it. If you are missing a dog like this contact us and we will try to get in contact and get your dog back.
