Around 11:40am this morning the Butler Fire Department was dispatched to assist the Rich Hill Fire Department on a garage fire at 204 East Maple in Rich Hill. The cause of this fire is still under investigation. The garage was full of vehicles and a travel trailer. The Fire Departments did a great job trying to save the things inside. Bates County Live will update this when the Fire Inspection is complete.
