On Jan. 10, Roni Scott, 29,
El Dorado Springs, was arrested on a St. Clair County probation violation
warrant issued in July 2013. Bond is set at $5,000 cash only. In December 2011,
Scott plead guilty to voluntary manslaughter, a class B felony. The charge
stemmed from an incident in March 2010 when Larry Yoss was found murdered on
his property near Appleton City Missouri.
In June 2012, Scott was
sentenced to serve eight years in the Missouri Department of Corrections (DOC).
The execution of the sentence was suspended and the court retained jurisdiction
in the case. In Oct. 2012 after Scott
served 120-days in the DOC, she was placed on five years of supervised
probation. Scott is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 16.
