74-year-old Dale Earnest Seider, Appleton City, passed away Friday at Ellett Memorial Hospital, Appleton City. Arrangements are under direction of the Hill & Son Funeral Home, Appleton City, and services are scheduled at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home with burial to follow in the Appleton City Cemetery. Memorials to the Appleton City Cemetery are suggested.
