St. Clair County Sheriff's Office: Search warrant served in Osceola; two arrested on felony drug charges

 On Friday, Feb. 21, Bonnie Strutton, 51, Osceola, and Mark Faulkner 50, Osceola, were arrested on St. Clair County warrants for a class C felony charge of possessing a controlled substance.

The charges stem from an incident on Feb. 17 when a search warrant was served at their residence on C Street, Osceola. Officers from the Osceola Police Department and Mid Missouri Multi Jurisdiction Drug Task Force assisted St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office deputies with serving the search warrant. During the search, a white powdery substance that field tested positive for methamphetamine was located in three different places of the residence. Other items seized during the search included Alprazolam, a schedule four drug, a cellular phone and several pieces of drug paraphernalia. 

On Feb. 17, Strutton and Faulkner were initially arrested, booked into St. Clair County Jail and released pending formal charges. The warrant was issued on Feb. 21
