An Adrian woman was hurt early this afternoon in a two-vehicle collision at a rural intersection in Bates County. The Missouri Highway Patrol says 39-year-old Dianne E. Wimsatt was taken to the hospital in Butler for treatment of a minor injury. Highway Patrol Sgt. C. M. Gach says it happened shortly before 12:30 p.m. and route FF and Bates County road 8002 when a North-bound Chevy Uplander -- driven by Wimsatt struck the East-bound Ford silage truck -- driven by 79-year-old Leland Burch, Butler -- and the vehicles collided in the intersection. Burch was not hurt.
