Here's this morning's forecast update for tonight through Monday. Freezing rain is likely across northern and northeastern Missouri starting late this evening and lasting through Monday morning. Areas of northeastern Missouri, including the Kirksville area, may see upwards of two-tenths of an inch of ice accumulation through Monday morning. Temperatures are expected to warm throughout the night an...d into the morning with all areas getting above freezing by mid day. But ice may continue to accumulate due to very cold ground temperatures even as air temperatures climb above freezing. Precipitation is expected to end from west to east Monday morning, ending in all areas by early Monday afternoon.
