Mary N. Cooper, 24, Clinton, wearing a seat belt, northbound in a 2002 Chrysler, traveled off the left side of the roadway and struck a guard rail.
Mary N. Cooper experienced serious injuries and was airlifted by LifeFlight to St. John’s Hospital, Springfield. Her vehicle was totaled and removed from the scene by Coal Tire Towing.
Missouri Highway Patrol Trooper J.S. Baughman investigated the accident and was assisted by Trooper T.R. Wright.
