St. Clair County: Raymond Hood arrested and charged with seven felony sex crimes

On Thursday, March 6, Raymond S. Hood, 41, Montrose, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with seven felony sex crimes. Hood’s charges include five unclassified felony charges of statutory rape in the first degree- sexual intercourse with person less than 14 years old; one charge statutory sodomy in the second degree, a class C felony; and one charge statutory rape in the second degree, a class C felony. Bond is set at $75,000 cash only. 

The charges stem from a Missouri Division of Family Services investigation of incidents that allegedly occurred between 2005 and 2010. The warrant was issued on March 3.
