Rural Interstates: Maximum limit can increase from 70 mph to 75 mph on approved rural sections, including parts of I-49.Urban Areas: Urban interstates stay capped at 60 mph.
Rural Expressways: Remain at 65 mph.
What Happens Next: The Missouri Department of Transportation must evaluate specific zones before changing physical signs, meaning 75 mph is not automatic everywhere on day one.
