It is going to be a cold start to the morning with lows in the teens and lower 20s. Dry conditions and sunny skies will prevail through the day tomorrow and temperatures will warm nicely during the afternoon hours with highs in the upper 40s to mid 50s (which is normal in the KC area for St. Patrick's Day).
