On 5/5/14, the Bates County Sheriff’s Detectives arrested Megan D. Henderson of Amoret, Missouri, for 1st Degree endangering the
welfare of a child. On 1/15/14,
Detectives received a report of a sexual assault of a child. During that investigation it was discovered
that Henderson knowingly moved her two young children into the home of a
registered sex offender and left them unattended with that sex offender on
multiple occasions.
