St. Clair County Sheriffs Office: Man Arrested on Class C Felony
On May 29, Michael Stuart, 29, Osceola, was arrested
on a St. Clair County felony warrant for failure to appear in court on a
class C felony charge of burglary-second degree. A court date of June
20 was given and bond was set at $10,000 cash or surety. The charge
stems from an incident on Aug. 20, 2013 when Robert Lily reported
someone trying to enter his house in Roscoe through a screen. He
identified the man as a neighbor. An investigation led to Stuart’s
arrest.
