St.Clair County Sheriffs Office: Robert Foster arrested on felony warrant

On May 28, Robert Foster, 32, Osceola was arrested on a St. Clair County felony warrant charging him with a class C felony of theft/stealing. A court date of June 20 was given and bond is set at $10,000 cash or surety. The charge stems from an incident on April 15 when a St. Clair County deputy was dispatched to property on SE V Highway in reference to a stealing.

Jack Foster reported an individual in a Dodge Dakota truck pulling a small trailer was seen stealing scrap from his property. Evidence was located at the scene and the investigation discovered the suspect vehicle was located at Meredith Recycling, Montrose. Contact was made with the Henry County Sheriff’s Office and a deputy was dispatched to the location to stop and hold the vehicle. The vehicle was stopped and contact was made with two male subjects in the vehicle. Items were recovered, identified and released to Jack Foster. Arrest warrants for Robert Foster and Zachary Harper, 25, Kansas City, were issued on May 16. The arrest warrant for Harper is still active and has not been served. Sheriff Keeler urges those with any information concerning Harper's location to contact the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office Tip Line, 417-646-5832, or email to tips@scsomo.org.
