The accident occurred when the 2013 Ford driven by 32 year old Robert V. Smith of Deepwater, Missouri was traveling Eastbound on Route F when he lost control and traveled off the left side of the roadway striking a utility pole and tree before coming to rest.
A injury update on this accident was unavailable at this time by the Missouri State Highway Patrol but initial reports are Mr. Smith could of possible had a medical issue before crashing.
