On June 30, a St. Clair County deputy arrested Lance
Hill, 35, Springfield, on an Osceola Police Department warrant failing
to appear in court on two misdemeanor traffic offenses. Bond is set at
$365 cash only and a court date of Aug. 8 was given.
On July 1, a St. Clair County felony arrest warrant
was issued for Edwin Lyons, 37, Osceola, for a probation violation on an
original charge of possessing a controlled substance. Bond is set at
$2,500 cash only.
On July 3, a St. Clair County deputy arrested
Christina Yeager, 39, Carterville, on a misdemeanor warrant for passing a
bad check-less than $500. Bond was set at $500 cash only. The charge
stems from an incident in August 2005. An arrest warrant was issued in
March 2006.
On June 30, a St. Clair County deputy arrested
Daniel Cutler, 49, Lowry City, for failing to appear in court on a
misdemeanor charge of stealing. Bond is set at $250 cash only and a
court date Aug. 1 was given.
