• On 8/8/14 around 11:45p.m. The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 36 year old Jeremiah W. Johnson of Rockville, Missouri. Mr. Johnson was arrested on 1.) Driving while intoxicated 2.) Fail to dim headlights. He was booked into the Bates County Jail and later released.

• On 8/8/14 around 1:40a.m. The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 29 Year old Apryl D. Murray of Archie, Missouri. She was arrested on 1.) Driving while intoxicated. She was booked into the Bates County Jail and placed on a 12 hour detox hold.
