On 9/13/14 around 2:30 a.m. The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 45 year - old George R. Kidwell of Kansas City, Missouri. He was arrested on 1.) Felony driving while intoxicated - Chronic Offender 2.) Driving while revoked 3.) Speed 4.) Fail to maintain half of roadway. He was booked into the Bates County Jail and placed on a 12 hour hold.
