• On 9/14/14 around 12:15a.m. The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 24 year - old Jessica L. Padgett of Clinton, Missouri. She was arrested for 1.) Felony possession of a controlled substance (Methamphetamine) 2.) Unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. She was booked into the Bates County Jail and later released.

Felony possession of a controlled substance (Methamphetamine) 2.) Unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. He was booked into the Bates County Jail and later released.
