St. Clair County Sheriffs Office: arrest warrant served

On Sept. 12, Howard Hughes, 66, Kingsville and formally Appleton City, was arrested on two St. Clair County warrants for failing to appear in court on charges of domestic assault-first degree and passing a bad check. Total bond was set at $800 cash only.  The warrants were issued in July 2013.
