| Timothy Runions |
On
09-17-2014 Bates County Deputy attempted to conduct a traffic stop
just outside of Rich Hill. The driver of the vehicle refused to stop
for Law Enforcement. A police pursuit began involving Bates County
Sheriff’s Office and the Missouri Highway Patrol.
The vehicle
pursuit ended in Papinville where the driver exited the vehicle and
ran on foot. Deputies were able to catch the subject during the foot
pursuit and placed him under arrest.
The
subject was identified as Timothy Runions DOB 08-02-1991 from Rich
Hill. Timothy Runions had two outstanding warrants for stealing one
out of the city of Adrian and one out of Bates County and is
currently in jail at the Bates County Sheriff’s Office.
Charges
occurred during the pursuit and are pending at this time.
