Missouri State Highway Patrol Arrest Report 10/30/14

On 10/30/14 around 12:02 a.m. The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 42 year old Kimberlee K. Guitreau of Topeka, Kansas. She was arrested on 1.) Felony possession of a controlled substance 2.) Unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. She was booked into the Bates County Jail and later released.
