Obituary - Betty L. Hurt

Betty L. Hurt, 86 of Butler, Missouri passed away February 3, 2015 at Heartland of Willow Lane in Butler. Graveside funeral services will be 11:00 AM Thursday, February 5, 2015 at Oak Hill Cemetery in Butler with Greg D. Mullinax officiating. Visitation will be prior to services from 10 – 11 AM at Mullinax Funeral Home (660-679-0009) in Butler. Betty Lorene (LaFever) Hurt was born June 5, 1928 in Butler, Missouri, the only child of Perry and Freda LaFever. She attended school in Butler and was a graduate of Butler High School. She was united in marriage to Raymond Hurt on February 13, 1988. Betty was a homemaker who worked for a time in childcare as well as housekeeping.

Betty was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Ray. She is survived by a cousin, Fred LaFever, as well as other relatives.
