On
04-10-2015 Japheth Daniel Busick (DOB 06-27-1992) of Maryville,
Missouri was arrested on two counts of Promoting Obscenity 1st
Degree (Class D Felony) and two counts of 1st Degree Endangering the
welfare of Child-Sexual Conduct. Busick was arrested in Maryville,
Missouri.
The bond was set at $30,000 cash or surety. The warrant was
a result of an investigation of a crime that had occurred in rural
Bates County in the Drexel area.
