A female suspect has been identified and arrested in the disturbance call early Sunday morning in Schell City.The female was identified as 33 year old Ivy L. Stevens.
Ms. Stevens is currently being held in the Vernon County Jail on a $5,000 cash or surety bond for Property Damage 1st Degree.
