The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 2005 Ford driven by 29 year old Donald M. Anderson of Harrisonville, Missouri and the 2001 Mac driven by 60 year old Warren C. Talley of Adrian, Missouri were stopped in traffic when the 2006 Kenworth driven by 47 year old Matthew W. Dalzell of Garden City, Missouri failed to stop in time and slid into the back of Mr. Anderson's vehicle pushing it into Mr. Talley's vehicle.
Donald M. Anderson sustained moderate injuries in this accident and he was transported by ambulance to Research Medical Center in Kansas City, Missouri for treatment.
Two vehicles in this accident sustained moderate damages and were towed from the scene by J's Southland Tow and Stever's Tow.
