Kansas City man arrested in Bates County

On 1/16/17 around 2:06pm the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Bates County arrested 62 year old Richard W. Logan of Kansas City, Missouri.

Mr. Logan was arrested for 1.) Driving While Intoxicated.

He was booked into the Bates County Jail and placed on a 12 hour detox hold.
