The forecast seems to be getting worse, not better. The latest model shows our region to get the brunt of frozen precipitation as temps will remain at or below freezing through late Sunday.
This storm is supposed to come in two waves, one beginning as early as tomorrow morning and another starting late Saturday, with total ice accumulation shown here to be between 1/2 and 1 inch total from both storms.
While we can hope the weatherman is wrong, it doesn't look like it. Stock up and stay home seems to be the best advice.
