On 5/11/17 around 11:36pm the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Bates County arrested 34 year old Terry L. Bowman of Kansas City,Missouri.Mr. Bowman was arrested for 1.) Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance - Hydrocodone 2.) Felon in possession of a fire arm 3.) Unlawful use of a weapon 4.) Stealing 5.) No Valid Drivers License 6.) No Insurance 7.) Hazardous Equipment.
He was booked into the Bates County Jail and placed on a 24 hour hold.
