Second round of storms on the way

The first round of storms have started to exit the northeast part of the area. More storms have started to develop though in northwest MO and a second round of storms is expected to move in from the southwest within the next couple of hours.

All storms have the potential to be strong (gusty winds/small hail), but the most widespread severe potential will be south of the KC metro with strong winds & hail being the primary threats.
