The Kansas State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the Pontiac Vibe driven by 78 year old Kathleen Kalm of Garland, Kansas veered off the roadway, struck a ditch and culvert before going through a fence and overturning.
Kathleen Kalm was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident and a investigation is still pending.
