Adrian man arrested for failure to register as a sex offender

On 7/26/17 around 6:52pm the Adrian Police Department arrested 35 year old Harold Davin Hubbard of Adrian, Missouri.

Mr. Hubbard was arrested for 1.) Failure to register as a sex offender.

He was booked into the Bates County Jail in Butler and placed on a $10,000 Cash/Surety bond.
