This morning several officers responded to a residence in the 1200 block of N. Ash Street for a report of an armed subject who was experiencing a mental health crisis.
Officers worked in cooperation with individual’s family members to bring the situation to a safe resolution for everyone involved.
Officers also took the necessary steps to assist the individual in receiving additional assistance and support in order to get them through the crisis.
