Nevada Police make arrest in drug distribution investigation

In the morning hours of Thursday July 20, 2017 Nevada Police executed a search warrant in the 700 block of E. Lee Street, in an effort to combat the distribution of illegal drugs in our community.

Officers had obtained information that a known female subject at that location was suspected to be involved in the distribution of illegal narcotics.

During the search of the residence officers located and seized suspected methamphetamine, prescription narcotics, marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

One female subject was taken into custody and transported to the Vernon County Jail for holding.

The female suspect taken into custody has been identified as Kimberly R. Foulk, age 31 of Nevada.

On Thursday, July 20, 2017 the Vernon County Associate Court filed the following charges against Foulk;

Delivery of Controlled Substance, Felony C

Possession of a Controlled Substance, Felony D

Foulk is being held in the Vernon County Jail in lieu of a $10,000 cash only bond.
