Upon our arrival Butler Police Officers met with the victim, 39 year old Kelvin K Brown Jr. of Butler MO.
During the investigation the victim and possible witnesses where very uncooperative and refused to discuss what they had witnessed with the police.
Mr. Brown was life flighted to Research Hospital in Kansas City Missouri but he is expected to survive.
The incident is an active on going investigation and the Butler Police Department will update when further information becomes available.
