Visitation will be one hour prior to funeral service. Burial will be in the Englewood Cemetery, Clinton.

Bob was the son of Robert Evan and Esther Nellie (Boyt) Bullard. He worked for G.M.-Fairfax on the heavy repair assembly line. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Clinton. He enjoyed 4 wheelers, woodworking (having made a beautiful cedar chest), and spending time with his grandsons. He was also a member of the Square 109 Breakfast Club.
Bob was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Bill Bullard; and a sister, Betty Bullard.
Bob is survived by his wife, Linda Sue (Lawler); two sons, Michael (Ann) Bullard of Kansas City, MO. and Jeff (Shirley) Bullard of Sheldon, MO.; two daughters, Candace Yaryan of Harrisonville, MO. and Kim (Shane) Wilgus of Stafford, MO.; two brothers, Dick (Wendy) Bullard of Durrant, IA. and John (Lisa) Bullard of Naperville, IL.; five sisters, Juanita (John) Carl of Harrisonville, MO., Carolyn (Raymond) Liverzani of Putharn Valley, NY, Judy (Gary) Workman of Stockton, IA., Susan (Steven) Dirksmeier of Mansfield, MA., and Bonnie (Larry) Blakesley of Thornton, CO.; grandchildren, Austin Bullard, Conner Bullard, Garrett Yaryan, Brendon Bullard, Damon Wilgus, McKinzie Wilgus, Tucker Wilgus, and Gunner Wilgus; and great-grandson Weston Bullard.
