Ann was born November 12, 1953 in Neosho, Missouri to Fred and Dorothy Lett Yearsley. She attended grade school in Noel, MO, and graduated from McDonald County High School in 1972. Following graduation, Ann went to work for King Radio in Olathe, KS. She was united in marriage to Richard Spencer February 24, 1973. To this union one daughter was born. Ann and Richard ran the family business for many years, Ann & Rich Meats.

She enjoyed cooking for the catering side of the business and for the church youth group at Archie Methodist. Ann retired in 2005 to take care of her granddaughter. She loved to travel, eat out, read, work crosswords, she also enjoyed racing and watching her granddaughter play softball, and lending a shoulder to family and friends.
Ann was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Charlie Yearsley, an infant brother, in-laws, Tom and Opha Spencer. She is survived by her loving husband of 44 years, Richard Spencer of the home in Adrian, daughter Amanda Spencer and significant other Don Williams, of Archie, MO., granddaughter Brooklyn Williams, brother Robert Yearsley of Springfield, MO., along with extended family and many loving friends.
