He was born March 22, 1959 in Kansas City, Mo., the son of Richard Merle Williams and Maxine Berniece (Akins) Williams. He worked for many years in the concrete construction industry.
Surviving are two sons, Sean Patrick Williams and his wife Jessica, Freeman, Mo., and Stephen Taylor Williams, Kansas City, Mo.; one sister, Terrie Robertson, Belton, Mo.; niece, Crystal Gray and her husband Robert, Belton, Mo.; two great-nieces, Myranda Marie Lynn Gray and Mechaela Denae Lorraine Gray; and niece Riki, North Carolina.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and one brother, Richard Henry Williams.
Mr. Williams will be cremated under the direction of the Bradley & Hadley Funeral Home, Clinton. Interment will be at a later date in the Garden City Cemetery, Garden City, Mo.
