Raymore Police seeking public assistance in sexual assault case

The Raymore Police Department is seeking assistance from the community in identifying a suspicious person in connection with a reported sexual assault. 

Information was received late Sunday that an incident occurred between 1:30 and 3:30 PM in Recreation Park, at the concession stand by the soccer fields. 

Police are seeking a white male, described as middle-aged with black hair, possibly wearing a green or blue shirt at the time of the incident.

Citizens with information regarding the incident on Sunday at Recreation Park are asked to call Captain Jim Wilson at 816-892-3036.
