Rich Hill Police seeking public assistance

On 8/01/2017 at approx. 5:45pm a silver 2016-17 Ford Taurus drove down the center of the west circle Park on the bricks. 

The Rich Hill Police Department is asking for help identifying the vehicle and owner.
