On 8/20/17 around 6:17pm the Missouri State Highway Patrol in St. Clair County along with St. Clair County Sheriff's Office responded to a one vehicle accident on SW County Road 1371 around 3 miles north of El Dorado Springs.The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 1999 Ford F-150 driven by 16 year old Laney Long of Eldorado Springs, Missouri traveled off the right side of the roadway and overturned.
Laney Long as well as a passenger in her vehicle 15 year old Katie Stevens of Eldorado Springs, Missouri both sustained minor injuries in this accident and both were transported by ambulance to Nevada Regional Medical Center for treatment.
The truck was totaled and towed from the scene by a private party.
