The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 2011 Buick Lacrosse driven by 80 year old Bill H. Seak of Carthage, Missouri failed to yield for the 2016 Toyota Rave 4 driven by 33 year old Staci P. Keys of Nevada, Missouri.
Staci P. Keys sustained minor injuries in this accident and she was transported by ambulance to Nevada Regional Medical Center for treatment.
Both vehicles received moderate damages and they were towed from the scene by Garwood's Wrecker and Abernathy.
