Endangered Person Advisory: Missing Juvenile in Vernon County

The Vernon County Sheriff's Department has issued an Endangered Person Advisory for a missing teenager.

Madison Nichole Collins, 16, disappeared from a home at 15644 South Route K west of El Dorado Springs. She disappeared around 6 p.m. while taking out the trash. The sheriff says her parents found a note inside her room.

Collins may be in a black 1980's model truck. She is 5'3", 160 pounds. She was last seen wearing a green/yellow sweatshirt and leggings.

Anyone seeing her or having information related to the endangered teenager should immediately dial 911 to contact the nearest law enforcement agency or call the Vernon County Sheriff's Department (417) 448-2710.
