Mr. Ackors was arrested for 1.) Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance (X2) 2.) Driving While Intoxicated - Drugs 3.) Failure to maintain the right half of the roadway.
Francis J. Ackors was booked into the Bates County Jail in Butler, Missouri and placed on a 12 hour detox hold.
