She is survived by her significant other, Jessie Beno of the home; three sons, Rafael Cortez, San Pedro, California, Andie Cortez, Seattle, Washington, Michael Cortez, Mira Loma, California; a daughter, Catherine Cortez, Miami, Florida; 11 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren and one on the way; a brother, Jack Leach, State of California; other relatives and friends.
