The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 2012 Chevrolet driven by 44 year old Christina L. Garrett of Nevada, Missouri and the 2015 Lincoln driven by 70 year old Dennis D. Constable of Raymore, Missouri were stopped due to traffic back up when they were struck in the rear by a 2007 Dodge driven by 68 year old Barbara J.Belt of Raymore, Missouri.
Christina Garrett along with a passenger in her vehicle 47 year old Gregory L. Garrett of Nevada, Missouri and Barbara J. Belt all sustained minor injuries in this accident and all three were taken to Belton Regional Medical Center for treatment.
The vehicles received extensive damages and they were towed from the scene by GT Tow.
