During this encounter it was discovered that a passenger in McIntire's vehicle had multiple arrest warrants and was in possession of Methamphetamine and paraphernalia.
The Drug Task Force's K9 was used to find additional narcotics and paraphernalia. Both subjects were charged with multiple felonies including a charge of resisting arrest and introducing controlled substance into a jail facility on McIntire after the jailer discovered additional narcotic hidden on her person.
