From the Butler Police Department

On Saturday October 28 2017 the Butler Police Department and the Bates County Health Department participated in the Drug Take Back Program.

This program allows people to turn in unused or expired prescription or over the counter drugs to be disposed of properly. A total of 95 pounds was collect and will be turned over to the DEA for disposal.

We would like to thank everyone that participated and to also remind everyone that the Butler Police Department has a drug drop off box in the lobby that is available 7 days a week. If you have any question feel free to contact the Butler Police at 660-679-6131.
